The companion Phase 3 study to MAGNITUDE, in people whose nerves rather than heart are affected by the same disease. It was paused alongside MAGNITUDE after the safety event in that trial.
A Phase 3 study of nexiguran ziclumeran in hereditary ATTR amyloidosis with polyneuropathy. Dosing and screening were paused alongside MAGNITUDE following the hepatic safety event, and the study was placed on clinical hold by the FDA.

Ils peuvent évoluer avec davantage de personnes et de temps, et un essai en cours de recrutement, actif ou même terminé n'a pas établi qu'un traitement est efficace.
