A Phase 3 study of nexiguran ziclumeran in hereditary ATTR amyloidosis with polyneuropathy. Dosing and screening were paused alongside MAGNITUDE following the hepatic safety event, and the study was placed on clinical hold by the FDA.

Qué significa y qué no significa el resultado de un ensayo

Pueden cambiar con más personas y más tiempo, y un ensayo en reclutamiento, activo o incluso completado no ha demostrado que un tratamiento funcione.
