What this trial is testing

A trial of an off-the-shelf CAR-T therapy for lymphoma, made from healthy donor cells edited so they can be given to unrelated patients. It uses a modified guide — part RNA, part DNA — that the company says makes the editing more precise.

A Phase 1 study of CB-010, an allogeneic anti-CD19 CAR-T cell therapy manufactured using chRDNA hybrid guides with Cas12a, incorporating CAR insertion at TRAC and PDCD1 knockout, in relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
